The Hakusan City Library System is consisted of 5 libraries.
Opening hours and services vary from library to library.
Registration is not required for browsing the collection. To borrow library items you are required to apply for a library card.

• Tsurugi Library：(Honmachi) 10:00-17:00
• Kawachi Library：10:00-18:00

Days closed

• Mondays (except for National Holidays on Monday, in which case the library is open on the holiday and closed the following weekday instead)
• The year-end and New Year Holidays (Dec.29-Jan.4)
